Identity Concerns
Over the last 10 years the local scene has been infiltrated by all the hype and sweet talk of a new generation of so called movers and shakers who have guided us through a number of exercises that have relieved ratepayers of large amounts of money in search of uncertain goals.
Here we are back looking for an identity for Hastings.
It’s always been here but is no longer ‘hip’.Fruitgrowing has been moved to the backseats and is a flea ,an irritation to those who seek granduer and millions of dollars.
But wait.It’s still there and turning over heaps.Global warming and all.
Hastings is still,whether you like it or not,
