The temorary leader of the Regional Council is confused by the Hastings Mayors attack on democracy. He knows that the people of Napier do not want to be part of a Hastings coup and yet he would love to spend ratepayers money on exciting projects that the regional council should not be involved in.Can’t help himself.
The best thing for him to do is retire gracefully or stand for the Napier city Council.

With such a busy schedule one wonders how he has time to come up with such documents. mmmmmm.
Maybe it has something to do with the PR people payed for by the ratepayer that are really working for the Mayor.
Surely ratepayers need some clarification of this setup and who is doing what for whom?
