No Local Treaty

The utterances of many parties over the subject of Maori representation on the Silly Super City are way of the mark and a major concern for the future of this country.

There is no way the Treaty ever envisaged racist representation on local authorities and it is an example of the dire situation we are in as a nation when commissions like that appointed to look at Auckland local government exceed their brief and pander to some guilt they hold.

The Hastings Mayor has fallen in to the same trap in his excitement in trying to capture personal power in Hawkes Bay.
