If you missed the boat for submissions to the Hastings District Council Annual Plan you can still have a go at the Regional Council Plan.How about having a say on the Sister City relationship that was slipped through with no consultation.Why on earth should the Regional Council be involved in this when Hastings and Napier Councils have well developed relationships? Is it not duplication of resources and copy cat behaviour. The Regional Council also wants comment on a policy to deal with the queue who line up at the door requesting funding for any manner of projecs.This is inviting council to step into wonderland with ratepayers money.
