TVHB Proposal
Meerkat broke the news about the application by HB TV for funding to better promote the HB Regional Councils Environmental functions.The proposal had major positives for Hawkes Bay and was an opportunity for a constructive partnership to develop.It is unfortunate there was such a negative reaction from councillors and there was also a lack of ability shown in investigating options that could be pursued as a preliminary stage at progressing this idea.
This reaction at a time when technology is becoming more important and when councillors have voted themselves an allowance for technology.
